Why are you seeing this error?
This error occurs if:
The ad account used to launch the ads is not associated with the selected app,
OR Your connected Facebook account does not have access to the selected app
How to resolve this issue
Please follow the steps below:
1. Go to Launch Settings → Tracking Specs
Clear the selected app
OR Select the correct App that your ad account has access toClick Save
Relaunch the failed ads
3. If the required app is not listed:
Ensure your ad account has access to the app
Request access if needed, then try again
