The Top 10, Top 50, and Top 100 Mentor Awards recognise the most dedicated mentors in each discipline like Product design, Product Management etc., on ADPList.
These awards are evaluated every 90 days, ranking mentors just after Super Mentor status based on their overall performance and contribution to the community. Mentors are ranked based on the number of completed bookings, as such:
🏆 Top 10 Mentors → Ranks #1–10 in their discipline
🥈 Top 50 Mentors → Ranks #11–50 in their discipline
🥉 Top 100 Mentors → Ranks #51–100 in their discipline
We will categorize the mentors based on the first selected discipline. For example, if you have Product Design, Product Management, and Front-end listed as your disciplines then Product Design will be used to rank you.
Additionally, we recognise Top 10, Top 50, and Top 100 Fresh Mentors - mentors who have joined ADPList in the last 90 days and have quickly made an impact. The ranking structure remains the same but applies exclusively to new mentors.
The community will have a badge on their profiles. Additional factors and exclusions may apply, and criteria are subject to change.
