Understanding your Partner scorecard and readiness score

What the readiness meter, verdict, five skill dimensions, and "close this gap" mean after a practice interview.

After each practice interview, Partner gives you a scorecard. It's designed to be honest and specific, calibrated to real hiring bars rather than empty encouragement. Here's how to read it.

Readiness

At the top you'll see how ready you are for the role you practiced (for example "Ready for: Senior Product Designer" with a percentage meter). This is your headline number and the fastest way to see progress between sessions.

Your session score and verdict

Each session gets a score dial and a verdict summarizing how the interview went, including the specific moments that cost you.

One gap, not ten

Instead of overwhelming you with everything at once, the scorecard leads with the one gap that matters most right now, with a "Close this gap" suggestion. Work on that first, then practice again.

Your five skill scores

Behind "See your 5 skill scores" you'll find how you did across five dimensions of interview performance. These same dimensions are tracked over time on your record page, so you can see each one trend as you practice.

The recurring gap

Once you've completed three or more scored sessions for a role, your record page also surfaces the gap that keeps coming back across sessions. That's usually the highest-value thing to fix.
