Could you please check your inbox for an email from our Community Team (community@adplist.org)? They might likely have sent you an email regarding an issue with any of these three important mentor application aspects:
Changing your profile photo
Editing your profile bio
Updating your LinkedIn link.
If you've already actioned any of the update requests they've asked for, then please email the community team or reply to their email so that they are notified of your action and can resume looking into your application again.
