This privacy policy details the purpose and method of data collected from site visitors who visit sites who use one of the AdTechium products, including but not limited to Retarget and the Bidder for the purpose of providing our advertising services to our clients, and how you can control this data. 1. Purpose of our Services
AdTechium provides advanced marketing and advertising products and services to customers world-wide, with the purpose of reaching the most relevant users and the right timing, with as little intrusion as possible, and while providing maximum return on investment for our clients, collectively known as “Advertisers”. The ads we show is based on statistical analysis, data collection, and computational behavioral prediction.In order for us to be able to provide high quality services for our customers, which usually coincides with good experience for users browsing the internet, we collect data from advertiser sites as described below in the Privacy Policy.

2. Types of data collected

The data we collect can be divided into a few general categories:


· Any data that you explicitly provide to us, or to our clients who choose to share it with us, such as, but not limited to, name, age, and email address.

· All browser details available to us. This includes the device id and model you’re using, the operating system, the browser, IP address, cookies we’ve previously set on your browser, device language, domain and sometime the specific page URL you’re viewing.

· Decisions that we’ve made while considering to serve ads to you, and their results. This includes the number of ads that we’ve actually showed you, whether you actually saw these ads, and what was the outcome of you seeing the ad (clicking, purchasing, etc.)

· Data from our advertising partners, which is received under similar privacy and security regulations.

3. How we use the data we collect
We use the data mostly for targeting – choosing the right ad for you at the right time. This also includes decisions on the number of times we would show you a specific ad, and on which devices, which we assume are yours. In addition, we also use the data for analysis of advertising campaign results.We use this data to help our Advertisers identify and serve ads to you that are more relevant to you. We also use this data to operate, improve and enhance our services including enhancing the data points we or our Advertising Partners have about a particular user, browser, or device to serve the most relevant ads to you and, in turn, improve performance of an Advertiser’s ad campaigns. Specifically, we use this data for:

4. Sharing your Data
We share aggregated anonymous data with our customers for reporting and analysis purposes. We may be sharing data that we collected about you during a specific research or legal process, which would happen for a very small fraction of the users we track.We share specific data about you with our service providers, who we also verify are compliant with privacy and security regulations. These include our hosting services, email marketing systems, analytics tools, and external data processing services we acquire from time to time. This may also include service providers of our clients.In addition, we share data with partners in the advertising industry to help both us and them provide better targeted ads.

We put third party cookies on advertiser sites, and we might in some cases use first party cookies. Cookies are small data that are stored in the browser and are sent to us when you visit sites of our clients.

6. Your choices and opting-out
We recognize how important your online privacy is to you, so we offer the following options for controlling the targeted ads you receive and how we use your data:


· You can opt out of receiving personalized ads served by us or on our behalf by clicking on the blue icon that typically appears in the corner of the ads we serve and following the instructions provided or by clicking here. Please note that this “opt out” function is browser-specific and relies on an “opt out cookie”: thus, if you delete your cookies or upgrade your browser after having opted out, you will need to opt out again.

7. Data deletion
We will delete or anonymize data that is no longer relevant for our business operations, which at the moment includes data that has not been used for 2 years.

8. Security
We apply technical, administrative and organizational security measures to protect the data we collect against accidental or unlawful destruction and loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, in particular where the processing involves the transmission of data over a network, and against other unlawful forms of processing.

9. User requests
According to the EU regulations, which we apply to all users that interact with our systems, you have the right to request details of the data we collected about you, restrict processing of that data, or completely delete it, except for usage in statistical analysis. If you wish to do so, please contact us using the link at the top of this Privacy Policy. For matters related to data that is used by our partners and clients you will need to contact the specific partner or client, and when necessary, they would contact us.12.
