Deep Dive

Editing Components

  • Click the edit button and select the component you want to modify

    • Access rights are required - look for the edit button in the top right corner

    • Components are all elements with white background, like KPI tiles and tables

      • Detailed documentation available in the help base under report components

  • Dimensions appear at the top, metrics are shown below

    • You can drag and drop to reorder both dimensions and metrics

    • Hover over the pencil symbol to rename any metric or dimension

    • Use the X button to remove KPIs or dimensions from the report (not permanently deleted)

  • Add metrics / dimensions by clicking the "add" button and searching for the desired column

Working with the Data Model

  • You have access to your entire data model when searching for dimensions or metrics

    • If a needed metric isn't available, contact the support team for integration

    • Try different naming conventions when searching, as metrics might exist under different names (e.g., CAC vs. customer acquisition cost)

  • Our team can help you integrate completely new dimensions and metrics into your data model

Access Requirements

  • Edit access is required to modify KPIs and dimensions

  • If you only have view access (no edit button visible), contact a team member with edit rights
