How to Create and Share a Report View

  • Apply desired settings to your report first (filters, date range, drill-down level, sorting)

  • Click the "create a report link" button to generate a shareable link

  • Copy and share the link - recipients will see the exact same view with all settings applied

How to Save a View for Regular Access

  • Apply all desired settings to your report

  • Click the "create a report link" button to generate a shareable link

  • Click the “save a view” button right next to the “create a report link” button

  • Paste the previously copied report link into the form

  • Give the view a unique, descriptive name

  • Click create and refresh data in the report overview

  • The saved view will appear in the report overview under the main report

  • Access the saved view anytime by clicking on it in the overview
