I bought an item but did not receive it. What should I do?

Please send us a message using this support chat and click on "I paid for an item/R$ but didn't get it". Please provide your in-game username, Adurite transaction ID and the item/amount of R$ you attempted to purchase. If you don't have an Adurite account, create one and provide the username after creating it.
