Move Bookings to a Different Event

This tutorial shows you how to move an existing booking to a different event by using the "Move" function.

If you would like to move an existing booking from one event to another, you can do so by using the Move button. Make sure that the event you would like to move the booking to has been created before performing this action :)


How to Move a Booking

1.  View the booking that you want to move:

  • Use the Clients tab to search for a client by name

  • Use the Home Calendar to search for a client by date & time

  • Click the Manage Booking link sent to you in a booking confirmation email

2. Click the Move button on the booking card of a party or customer you would like to move.

3. Select which date and time (event) to move the booking to.

4. Click Confirm.
