Edit An Activity

This tutorial shows you how to edit activity fields including description, meeting address, requirements, charges and more.

If you notice any mistakes in the confirmation email sent to clients or would like to update an existing offering - edit the activity in Activities. This will allow you to modify certain fields of an activity including its:

  • Title

  • Description

  • Meeting Address

  • Color Assignment

  • Cut-Off Time

  • Participation Requirements

  • "What's Included" field(s)

  • "What to Bring" field(s)

  • Add-ons

  • Tax Rates

  • Service Fees

  • Misc. Fees

  • Booking Questions

  • Display Pictures

 
How to Edit an Activity

1.  Go to Activities

2. Click the blue pencil button next to the activity you would like to modify

3. Add/retract desired fields in relative sections

4. Click Save when finished

🔑 Tip

The information displayed on confirmation emails sent to clients are pulled directly from Activity and Timeslot fields. Any changes will automatically update the confirmation email :)
