How to customize the design & info displayed in the customer booking window/widget on your site. Hide start/end times & available occupency.

The booking window refers to the checkout window used by clients to make a reservation on your website. It is the window that appears after customers click the "Book Now" button to select a date + time, enter contact details and pay for an offering. 

If you would like to change the default appearance of your booking window, the Online Booking settings will allow you to change its theme colors and display settings.

The Timeslot Display give you the option to remove the start and end times of events and also hid the available inventory or occupancy. 

Note: Choosing to hide the start and end times or the occupancy is a system wide feature and will affect all activities in your AGENDA account.


​How to Customize Your Booking Window

1. Go to My Account > Online Booking

2. Make any necessary adjustments

3. Click Save to confirm

🔑 Tip

Unchecking Start Time or End Time will remove the Duration field on the confirmation email sent to clients :)
