Booking cut-off times allow you to restrict last minute bookings for activities and events. You can have the same cut-off time for all activities or assign different cut-off times per activity. This setting will help you prevent any unwanted bookings via your website but will not restrict your ability to add last minute reservations within the dashboard.

How to Set Booking Cut-Off Times

2. Under Booking Deadline, select which type of cut-off to apply:

For Single Cut-Off Time

3a. Select "All activities have the same cut-off time"

4a. Select a cut-off time by using the drop-down menu

5a. Click Save

For Cut-off Times Per Activity

3b. Select "Every activity has a separate cut-off time"

4b. Click Save
You will then assign a different cut-off time to each activity during activity creation. You can also add a cut-off time to existing activities by editing them.

To Add A Cut-Off Time To An Activity

5b. Go to Activities

6b. Click the blue pencil icon to edit a specific activity or click Add Activity to create a new offering

7b.  Select a cut-off time by using the drop-down menu under the activity description and meeting location on the first page.

8b. Remember to click Save when you are finished.

🔑 Tip

**The default cut-off time is set to 48 hours when your account is created.
**The cut-off time only effects bookings coming through your website. You can bypass the cut-off time by adding bookings yourself through the back-end.
