Create Activities

This tutorial shows you how to add service offerings (activities and tours) to your account.

Once you have setup your dashboard settings in My Account click Activities to create your first activity. An activity refers to any service offering that your company provides such as a(n):

  • Tour or Experience

  • Trip or Charter

  • Ticketed Event

  • Class or Lesson

  • Course or Training

  • Single or Multi-Day Expedition


How to Create an Activity

1.  Click "Add Activity" in Activities.

2. Fill out the fields on each page (5 pages total). 

3. Upload an image.

4. Preview & click Save to complete. 

To populate your calendar with bookable events, you will next create a Timeslot for your activity.

Note: You do not assign the price of participation in this section. The Charges page is for tax, misc. fees, and add-ons.

You will enter the price of attendance when you Create Timeslots. This way you can assign prices depending on the year, season, month, or day of the week.


🔑 Tip

You can add a "booking fee" in the Charges section under "Other Fees" to forward processing fees to the customer.
