A timeslot is a container for events that follow a scheduling pattern. Timeslots allow you to schedule a week, month or season's worth of events in just a few clicks. The key is remembering that all events within a timeslot have the same:

​How to Create a Timeslot

1.  Go to Timeslots.

2. Click Add Timeslot next to an activity.

3. Select the second option unless you want to create a single event.

4. Select the date span, duration & recurring days of the week for the timeslot.

5. Enter the min/max capacity for all events contained in the timeslot.

6. Select & enter prices applicable for all events in the timeslot.

7. Select your default price*

8. Click Save to complete.

*Default price is the that will appear on the top of the list when the customer selects the number of attendees/seats. Most of our clients select the general admission or Adult price to be their default. 

Note: If you would like to schedule a multi-day offering, you must select the "Create a one-time event" option.

If you have high/low seasons where you expect more attendance or feature seasonal pricing, avoid creating a single timeslot for the entire year :)
