Each booking is assigned a unique 8-digit Reference Number that provides access to additional client details. To view additional details that cannot be found on a booking card on the event page, click the reference number.
How to Track Reference Numbers
1. Click an event on the Home calendar that contains a booking or click the Manage Booking link on a confirmation email you have received.
2. Click a Reference Number on the Event Page to view full customer details.
Confirm the booking status, payment details (including outstanding balances) and contact information of a client.
