Add an Internal Booking

This tutorial shows you how to create a new booking/add a customer through the back-end.

Once you have setup an offering (Activity) and created a schedule (Timeslot) you can begin adding bookings to your Home Calendar. Add an internal booking to accommodate guests that either made a phone call or sent an email to secure a booking.


How to Add a Booking

1.  Go to the Home Calendar.

2. Click an event on the calendar or use the Find Event button to locate an event. 

3. Click Add Booking. 

4. Enter the party leader's contact details.

5. Select the number of attendees.

6. Optional:

  • Email (highly recommended, customers will not receive confirmation email if field is left blank)

  • Phone number (recommended)

  • Answers to booking questions, if applicable (recommended)

  • Apply note (internal use only, customers will not see this)

  • Apply a discount code (coupon)

7. Select the method of payment and enter payment details if credit card payment is selected.

8. Click Checkout to complete.

 

🔑 Tip

Only processing fees apply to internal bookings (no website booking fees).
