Wallet, daily budget, and billing

How prepaid wallet charges, daily budgets, starter credit, and creation costs work.

Waverunner has no subscriptions, contracts, or debt. You fund a prepaid wallet; live campaigns charge their daily budget from that wallet.

How charging works

  • Live campaigns charge their daily budget once per active day (US Eastern).

  • If the wallet cannot cover a day, the campaign pauses and we email you. Top up, then press Resume — adding money alone does not restart ads.

  • Daily budget range: $30–$10,000 per day. Edits take effect the next day (today’s charge stands).

  • Pause or end a campaign to stop future charges immediately.

Starter credit and top-ups

  • New Individual accounts get $60 starter credit for media and metered ad creation (see expiry date in the wallet).

  • Top up $30–$50,000 via Stripe Checkout. Card details never touch Waverunner.

  • Optional auto-refill tops up when balance falls below about three days of live spend.

What the daily budget covers

Your daily budget is the all-in media bill for the campaign. Creative generation for that campaign is included by default. Optional extras (for example creating everything now, Ad Library items, or paid video edits) are metered from the wallet. Failed renders are refunded automatically. Copy-only edits are free.

Refunds

If no channel goes live on day one, the full day charge is refunded. Under-delivery on the media portion is credited back automatically.
