If you're looking to build high-quality backlinks for your website, Adxom is the perfect place to start. Whether you’re a seasoned SEO specialist or just starting out, Adxom simplifies the entire backlink acquisition process through a clean, user-friendly platform.

In this post, we’ll walk you through exactly how to use Adxom as a Buyer, step by step.

📌 Note: Adxom has two roles. Buyers and Publishers. In this guide, we’ll focus only on the Buyer’s journey.

Step 1: Sign Up as a Buyer

Visit Adxom.com and choose the “Buying Links” option to sign up.

Once registered, you’ll land on your Dashboard, where you’ll see an overview of your link orders, also known as tasks. These tasks are organised by their current status:

  • Tasks Not Started

  • Tasks In Progress

  • Tasks Pending Approval

  • Tasks In Improvement

  • Tasks Completed

  • Tasks Rejected

📝 Note: If you're a new buyer, your dashboard will initially be empty. You can explore more task details under the “Orders” page.

Step 2: Add Funds to Unlock the Marketplace

To access Adxom’s full Marketplace and start placing orders, you need to add a minimum of $10 to your account.

Here’s how:

Go to the Balance tab (look for the $ icon).

Click “Add Funds”.

Select your desired amount.

Choose your preferred payment method: Credit/Debit card or Secure Payment Link.

Confirm the transaction.

Once funds are added, the entire marketplace becomes accessible.

Step 3: Explore the Marketplace

Now the fun begins! The Marketplace is where you can browse a wide variety of websites offering backlink opportunities.

You can:

  • Browse available websites and listings.

  • Filter by key SEO metrics:

    • Category (e.g., Business, Tech, Beauty)

    • Monthly Traffic

    • Domain Authority (DA)

    • Domain Rating (DR)

    • Language

    • Price

    • Spam Score

    • Link Type (Dofollow/Nofollow)

    • Publisher Role (Owner vs Contributor)

You can also:

  • Favourite websites you’d like to revisit.

  • Blacklist websites with poor past experience.

  • Report questionable websites

All favourited and blacklisted websites will appear under the “Lists” tab for easy future access.

Step 4: Choose and Buy a Link

Once you’ve found a website that fits your criteria:

Click “Buy Post” on the listing.

You’ll see all contributors offering links from that site.

Compare offers and publisher metrics:

  • Completion Rate

  • Number of Tasks Completed

  • Turnaround Time (TAT)

  • Type of Links

  • Number of Links per Post

Click “Buy Post” next to your preferred publisher.

Step 5: Submit Your Link Requirements

On the Order Task page, choose your preferred type of backlink service:

  1. Content Placement
You provide the content; the publisher posts it with your link.

  2. Content Creation & Placement
The publisher creates the content and includes your link(s).

  3. Link Insertions
Your link is inserted into existing content on the website.

You’ll also be asked to:

  • Select the Niche (including special ones like CBD, Forex, or Crypto).

  • Add your Target URL, Anchor Text, and any Special Requirements.

Click “Order” to finalise your purchase.

Step 6: Track Your Order

After placing an order, your task will move through the following stages:

Task Status

What does it Means?

Not started

Order placed, awaiting publisher action

In Progress

Publisher has started the task

Pending Approval

Publisher submitted content, awaiting your review

In Improvement
