Common App Issues (and how to fix them)

These are the common issues we see.

Login Error

If you are seeing an error when you try and log in, please try entering your mobile number in both formats - with a leading zero and without. For example, if your phone number is 021-123-4567 please try by entering both 640211234567 and 64211234567.

Seeing a ? in your Aera Dashboard

Usually this is because there is a difference between the email address that you have signed up with and the email address that you have synced to the dashboard.

Please go to your app and view the email address you used when signing up (top menu -> My Profile). Then head back to the dashboard and ensure that is the email address you are using to sync.

Unable to see the Aera Dashboard tile?

This is usually a very isolated incident. If you have just downloaded the app, please wait a while (no longer than the next day) for it to appear.
