This article will talk you through how to find the after photos section within Aesthetic Nurse Software and also how to take and upload a photo of your patients for your treatement documentation for the appointment.
Your treatment photos help to support your documentation for the treatment but can also be used for marketing for your company to help show the difference of before and after the treatment.
You are able to upload 6 images of your patient at one time however you are able to do multiple uploads.

Step 1 :
To take an after photo of your patients, an appointment will need to be in the diary first. Once an appointment is booked you will need to click on this appointment in the diary to bring up the appointment summary and then choosing to view the patients record.
Step 2 :
Then when in the patients record, you will need to click on the appointment you wish to add the photos to.
Step 3 :
Once in the appointment, head to the after photos hexagon.
Step 4 :
To take a photo of your patient, select the add photo button.

Step 5 :
Before taking the photo of your patient you are able to select the date the photos are taken.
Step 6 :
Then to take a photo of your patient whilst they are in clinic, select the camera option.
Step 7 :
This will then open the camera option on your device where you can take a photo of your patient. If you would then like to take another photo of your patient click the add more option and repeat the process.
You are able to upload 6 images at a time, but you are able to upload multiple times.
Step 8 :
Once happy with your images, click upload.
Step 9 :
This will then upload the images to the appointment and date stamp the images as stated.
