Invite new users to grant access or remove users who no longer require access to your devices.
To Add A User:
Go to the Invitations Page listed in the sidebar navigation, then choose Invite User.
Enter their email, organization, and role and then hit Invite.
They'll be sent an email invitation to register an account on environet.io
Reinviting Users
You'll see any pending users on the Invitations Page. From here, you can delete the invitation by clicking on the 3-dot menu on the right side of the row.
To Remove A User:
Go to the Users Page listed in the sidebar navigation, then find the person by name, email, or other contact details. If you have access to multiple organizations, you will only see the roles for the currently selected Organization.
Click on the 3-dot menu on the right side of the user's role to open the user options popup menu.
Click on Delete Role to remove the user's Organizational Role.
To Change A User's Role:
Go to the Users Page listed in the sidebar navigation, then find the person by name, email or other contact details. If you have access to multiple organizations, you will only see the roles for the currently selected Organization.
Click on the 3-dot menu on the right side of the user's role to open the user options popup menu.
Click on Manage Role and select a new Role from the popup menu, then Save Changes to apply the new role.
Owner > Manager > User
Note that you can only manage other people with Organizational Roles below your own, e.g., a Manager can only remove Users and an Owner can remove Managers and Users.
