Sharing devices is a way to give a Partner Organization access to your devices. In either case, you remain the Owner of the device.
Simply use the check boxes along the left side to select devices that you would like to Share. Then click the Actions button, which will reveal a drop-down menu of Actions to take on the selected devices. Under the section Manager, you will find options to Share, Remove Share, and Reset. These options will only be visible if you have the appropriate role.
Sharing Access
When you share a device, the other party has read-only access. They can only monitor devices to view and download the data and cannot make any changes or configure the devices. A device can be shared to more then 1 organization at a time.
Transferring Ownership
Only an Administrator at Aethair can Transfer a device. Transferring a device will move it's ownership permanently to another Organization. Please reach out to us when you need to transfer a device.
