What happens to your data when you return a rental or you need to replace a device? Don't worry, any data you've collected will continue to be stored securely and indefinitely in our cloud.
To download the archived file, click on the 3-dot menu and click download.
Whenever a device is reset and transferred or stops being shared with you, the system will automatically create a backup of all the data it's collected up to that point as a .csv file stored under the Archives section.
When a device is Shared, the Archives will be created in the shared party's Organization. If you are in the Owner Organization you will not be able to see those Files.
They are named with the device serial number and the the date of creation and sortable by the data range and creator name, so you can find them in a pinch.
