Overview

Payment Manager is your firm's central reporting engine. The Payment Search tab allows you to quickly locate specific transactions processed through the system. Whether you need a broad overview or a granular look at a specific payment field, this tool provides the data you need.


⚑ Quick Search

Located in the upper left corner of the screen, Quick Search is the fastest way to find a specific transaction.

  • How to use: Enter a Cardholder name, amount, or ID and click Search to see instant results.


πŸ“… Date Range Reports

The Date Range selector in the upper right provides pre-made reports for common time periods:

  • Today & Yesterday

  • Past 7 Days

  • Month to Date

  • Year to Date

Pre-made reports only display Approved transactions. Declines and errors are excluded from these views. To find a failed payment attempt, use the Advanced Search feature below.


πŸ” Advanced Search

Advanced Search allows you to filter by specific data points and includes all transaction activity (Approved, Declined, and Errors).

  • Custom Filters: Use the drop-downs to select fields and matching criteria.

  • Add Fields: Click the Add button to stack multiple search parameters.

  • Logic Toggle: Only check "Show me transactions that meet ANY of the parameters" if you want broad results. Leave it unchecked if the transaction must meet all conditions.


πŸ› οΈ Tips for the Search Results Grid

Once your results appear, use these tools to manage your view:

  • Show Search Parameters: Click the arrow at the top to modify your filters.

  • Column Configurator: Click the Gear/Icon (upper right) to choose which data columns are visible.

  • Organize: Drag and drop columns to rearrange them, or click the triangle in the header to Sort.

  • Export: * Full Export: Downloads all transactional raw data in Excel format.

    • Export Current Columns: Only downloads the data currently visible in your grid.

  • Your column settings are saved at the user level. Once you arrange your grid, it will remain your default view every time you log in.
