Activate Text Templates

How to activate text templates for text message automation.

  • NOTE: This can only be accessed by a firm administrator or someone with the Administration Settings Page Access advanced permission.

  • Navigate to the Icon at the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.

  • Click the Settings header or the dropdown arrow and select "Edit".

  • A pop-up window will appear.

  • Toggle Text Templates on and select Save.

  • The Text Templates feature will now be available from the Icon.
