How to activate text templates for text message automation.
NOTE: This can only be accessed by a firm administrator or someone with the Administration Settings Page Access advanced permission.
Navigate to the
Icon at the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.
Click the Settings header or the dropdown arrow and select "Edit".
A pop-up window will appear.
Toggle Text Templates on and select Save.
The Text Templates feature will now be available from the
Icon.
