Set Your Law Firm's Default Case Worker Assignments for New Cases

How to set a default caseworker for new cases. For firms with multiple case managers or attorneys, we recommend leaving those worker assignments blank.

  • NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator.

  • Navigate to the Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.

  • Click on the Settings header.

  • A pop-up window will appear.

  • In the pop-up window, scroll down and make the desired changes to your default workers.

  • Click Save.

  • Your changes will be visible under Default Settings. As you add in new cases, the workers selected will be assigned to your cases.
