Affilitest helps avoid sending traffic to broken links. It is needed to reduce the spending on traffic, and concentrate the direct offers from the advertisers.

Affise is integrated with Affilitest. Smart affiliate tracking links validate a system that gives both advertiser and affiliate the option to check the landing page of their tracking links.

You can use Affilitest with Affise statistics (the Affilitest slice). Read more about it here.

Set up Affilitest on Affise

  1. To enable the plugin on Affise, go to Marketplace > Affilitest.

  2. Select the Enable checkbox to activate the Affilitest plugin.

  3. In the Login field, enter your login details at Affilitest.

  4. In the Password field, enter your password at Affilitest.

  5. In the Partners for track URL testing field, select the affiliate id whose link you use for the tests.

  6. Select the Check all offers checkbox to send all available offers to Affilitest.

  7. In the Checking period (Hour) field, select the frequency of the requests to Affilitest.

How it works

There are mandatory conditions for the offer to be sent to Affilitest:

  • Offer has the Active status.

  • You must choose connected to the offer affiliate for a test at the setting.

  • You must choose GEO for the test from the payment settings (Offers > Offer edit page > Payouts) in the offer. If there are no countries listed, the system uses the US by default.

  • You must enable the CPI checkbox (Offers > Offer edit > General):

  • You must fill the Preview URL field (Offers > Offer edit > Tracking):

The period of redirect checking can take some time. For example, if the selected period = 6 hours and the full verification took more time (e.g, 8 hours), the next synchronization will start in 4 hours.

You can go to Statistics > Affilitest to get all the statistics and results for Affilitest. Here you can see the progress in real-time and download the results of the export in .CSV file:

where:

  • Created at/finished at: the time when the test began and ended.

  • Offers chosen: the number of offers selected for the Affilitest validates the system.

  • Available for tests: the offers which suit the criteria for Affilitest.

  • Tested: the number of tested offers.

  • Broken links: invalid links lead the user to the page, different from the expected one.

  • Status: the test status.

  • Report: the link to download the .CSV file report.
