This article helps troubleshoot why your indicator may not be loading correctly on your chart.

First, make sure that you have downloaded the most recent software and have added your Machine ID's to our licensing database. These can both be done at the following link: Members Area – Affordable Indicators – NinjaTrader

Next, make sure that the email address tied to your Affordable Indicators, Inc. account is entered at the bottom of your indicator properties settings. You can complete this by right clicking the Chart Window > Indicators > Scroll to the bottom of the indicator properties settings > Under License, Enter your email address > Click OK.

If the indicator is loaded on your charts, but the format is off, right click the Chart Window > Reload NinjaScript.
