Many of the property owners that list on AffordableHousing.com are eager to rent to people with section 8 vouchers. If you see an icon of a small house with an 8 that means that the property owner has indicated they have experience with the section 8 program.
Go to the homepage and enter the location where you are looking for a property. You can enter the city, state, or zip code to refine your search.
Locate the filters on the search results page, click on "More Filters" then select "Owner has Experience with the Section 8/HCV Program"
Review the search results and click on each property listing to learn more about the property, contact the property owner, or submit a rental application.
