Our customizable pre-screening application allows you to send a message to anyone who applies and set initial expectations and self-eliminate unwanted applications. You can even add a link to your own application system and direct people to apply there.

If you don’t want anyone to view your property or apply, you can set its status to Not Available. This will remove it from the AffordableHousing.com website.
