Go to your "Listings" page
Find the listing you wish to remove and change the status to “Not Available” located in the dropdown underneath the photo thumbnail. This will hide your property from all searches but allow you to re-list it again in the future.
For communities, change the unit availability to "Not Available" located below the listing in the Community Availability section.
If you want to permanently delete a listing from AffordableHousing.com then select “Other” from the prompt when you set the status to “Not Available”. Then select the “Permanently Delete Listing” option. You will not be able to reactivate this listing or view its applicants again.
