What is your refund policy?

Paid Subscription Memberships, Fees are refundable up to three (3) days after purchase only if no property has been listed within the first three (3) days of activating a new membership.

All requests for refunds must be submitted through Customer Service.

Credits for Interruptions. If an interruption or failure of Services or Products is caused solely by us and not by You or by a third party or by other causes beyond Our reasonable control, you may be entitled to a credit or refund. To request a credit or refund, you must contact Customer Service by phone, in writing, via live chat, or email to HAsupport@Gosection8.com [or HAsupport@affordablehousing.com].

AffordableHousing.com reserves the right to refuse a credit or refund request if it reasonably believes (a) that You are trying to unfairly exploit this refund policy, (b) You have breached the User Agreement or Terms and Conditions or (iii) that You are using the Website fraudulently or that Your Account is being used fraudulently by a third party.

If you believe that AffordableHousing.com has charged you in error, you must submit a written request for a refund or credit by contacting Customer Service by mail or email to support@Gosection8.com [or support@affordablehousing.com] within 90 days after the date the error first appears in your Account or within 120 days after the error occurred, whichever is the earlier. No refunds or credits will be given for any charges beyond these time limits.

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Certain refund or credit requests for Subscriptions may be considered by AffordableHousing.com on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of the Company.
