You can use these tools to further clarify your preferred application process. If you want to direct interested renters down a completely different application path, you can do so with these tools.

You will still benefit from our built-in pre-screening process, even if you have a separate application system. Renter scores, motivation levels, and detailed renter analytics will always be available to help you make an informed tenant selection. If you don’t want anyone to view your property or apply, you can set its status to "Not Available".
