It is easy and automatic; if you have a Premium Membership, there is nothing extra you have to do, just add your property to Affordable Housing, we will then send it to our distributed partners. It will typically show up on the partner sites within 24-48 hours. When you make changes to it on our site the changes show up on the other sites the next day, when you lease it, it automatically is removed from the partner sites the next day.
