Find the Applicant: Go to the "Applicants" tab on your dashboard. Locate the applicant you want to lease to and click their name to expand the section.

Set Up the Lease: Click on "Set up Lease." The lease form will be auto-populated with the applicant’s information and property details, saving you time.

Choose a Template: Select an AffordableHousing.com state-compliant lease template or upload your own.

Add Addendums: Include any AffordableHousing.com provided addendums or upload your own.

Confirm Lease Terms: Review and confirm lease details, including rent payment information, security deposit amounts, pet policies, and parking details.

Set Signature Requirements: Define the signature requirements and send the lease for signatures.

Monitor the Process: We’ll notify all parties involved and keep you updated. You can check the lease status anytime by going to the "Lease Management" tab on your dashboard.
