You can edit the lease terms at any point before the lease start date, whether the lease has been accepted or not. You can not edit a lease before it is sent out for signature. Go to the "Lease Management" tab on the dashboard then navigate to the lease you want to edit, then on the "Leasing Overview" page scroll to the lease terms section and click the "Edit Lease Terms".
