Go to your dashboard and click on "My Applications."
Scroll down to the lease invitation you received and click on "View Lease."
This will open up the lease agreement for you to review. Take some time to read through the lease agreement carefully and make sure you understand all of the terms and conditions.
If you have any questions, you can contact the property owner.
Once you are satisfied with the lease agreement, click on "Sign Lease."
You will be asked to sign your electronic signature on the lease agreement. This can be done by clicking on the signature box and then typing your name.
Once you have signed the lease agreement, you will be asked to confirm that you have read and understand the terms and conditions.
Click on "Submit" to complete the signing process.
Your lease agreement has now been signed and you are officially a tenant of the property. You will receive a confirmation email from AffordableHousing.com once your lease has been processed.
