If you need to ignore caps, targeting conditions or both, you can do it at a global level, an Affiliate level or an Affiliate level.
Global configuration
Go to Settings >> Network >> General >> Main setup
Go to the "General defaults" section
Go to "Restrictions bypass"
Enabled if you want to either ignore targeting, caps or both. Then click on Save.
This configuration will be the default one for all Affiliates. Later, you can override it for each Affiliate.
Affiliate configuration
Go to Affiliates
Click on Edit an Affiliate
Go to the "Affiliate setup" section
Enabled if you want to either ignore targeting, caps or both. Then click on Save.
This configuration will be the default for each Affiliate and offer. Later, you can go ahead and override it in every offer.
Affiliate/Offer configuration
Go to Offers
Click on Edit an Offer
Go to the AFFILIATES tab
Click on Edit for the specific Affiliate for which you want to edit the "Restriction bypass" configuration.
Set the new configuration and click on Save
You can see the new configuration in the Affiliate list of the offer:
