How to Add or Remove Services Under the Services Tab

Managing your list of services is a key way to keep your AgencyEngine website accurate and up to date. This guide will show you how to add new services or remove those you no longer offer, all from the convenient Services tab in the Site Tuner. Following these steps will ensure your service offerings are always current for your customers


How you'll do it:

1.Go to your Moodboard
​Access your AgencyEngine account and open the access link. Once it opens, you'll be directed to the Modboard to start editing your website

2. Select the Services Section
You'll find this section usually on the top right corner of the Moodboard. It will be the section of your website where your services are listed. Click on this box to start editing your services

3. View, Add, or Remove Services
A list of your current services will appear in a box. From here, you can:

  • Remove a Service: Click on the service you wish to remove, and delete it from the list

Add a New Service: Click the plus (+) button to add a new service. Once you add a new service, it will generate a new service page for you to review on the Site Tuner.

4. Go to your SiteTuner

Once you add or remove the services, you'll review the new pages on your SiteTuner. To do this, you can click on this icon next to the title 'Moodboard'.

With the SiteTuner view opened, you can click here to check the pages that were created/removed:

Select the service pages you added, and review the content. You can review the layout of the page, the wording that was generated and much more. You can learn more on how to edit pages on this article. Make sure to review all the services you added to ensure everything is the way you want.

5. Publish your website

After making your changes in the Site Tuner, make sure to click Publish when you finish everything. This will ensure that all your updates are reflected on your live website. Feel free to use the "Preview" button as well, if you want to check first how everything will look on your client's end.


Tips

  • Always double-check your live website after saving your changes to confirm the correct services are displayed

  • If you make a mistake, you can easily go back into the Moodboard and adjust your services list at any time


FAQs

Q: Can I reorder the services once I’ve added them?
A: Yes, you can select the section where the services are being displayed, and then write a prompt asking to reorder the way you wanted.

Q: I see some wrong information in one of the generated service pages. How can I fix it?
A: Select the section or the entire page where you see the wrong information, and write a prompt asking the AI to remove it or replace it for you. For example, if you offer Painting Services and the text about the services is not aligned with the services you offer, you can write "Please, remove all wording about (put the wrong subject). Make it more aligned with Exterior Painting.". Once it is done you can review it again.
