🔌 Connect Google Business Profile
To avoid a failed connection or error when integrating Google Business Profile to a Client, the person connecting must have:
Minimum permission level of 'Owner' or 'Manager' for the required pages
If the above requirements are met, simply follow these steps to connect:
Open the Client where you'd like to connect Google Business Profile, then click the Data Sources tab at the top.
Click the Connect Data Source button in the upper right corner of the page.
Search for Google Business Profile in the search bar at the top, then click the Google Business Profile card.
Click the gray + sign at the bottom to launch the authorization window, then follow the prompts in the OAuth window to verify and finalize the connection!
How to connect multiple Google Business Profiles to a single client
Connecting multiple Google Business Profiles to a client follows the same general steps as connecting one page.
Open a Client, then click Data Sources at the top.
Click Connect Data Source in the upper right.
Search for the data source you'd like to connect.
Click the tile to open the connections page.
The connections page will display all accounts or profiles currently connected to this Client. To add another, click the grey Connect New Account button at the bottom.
Follow the prompts to sign-in to Google and authorize access to those profiles. Once done, you'll be redirected to the connections page.
Click the circles to the left of each Google Business Profile you wish to connect to the client, then click Connect in the bottom left. Repeat as many times as necessary. In total, you can connect up to 50 GBP locations within one client!
