🔌 Connect Trustpilot
To avoid a failed connection or error when integrating Trustpilot to a Client, the person connecting must have:
A Business account
If the above requirements are met, simply follow these steps to connect:
Open the Client where you'd like to connect Trustpilot, then click the Data Sources tab at the top.
Click the blue Connect Data Source button in the upper right corner of the page.
Search for Trustpilot in the search bar at the top, then click the Trustpilot card.
Click the gray + sign at the bottom to launch the authorization window. Then, follow the prompts to enter your credentials and verify the connection.
Select the client's correct account from the connections list, then save in the lower left to finalize the integration connection.
