Purpose of the AI Agent

This AI Agent evaluates a company’s business plan against proven patterns and market benchmarks. It identifies strengths, weaknesses, and gaps; scores the plan using a defined rubric; and delivers prioritized recommendations to improve investor readiness and operational execution.

User Inputs

  • Business Plan: Current plan (PDF/DOC), pitch deck (optional).

  • Company Context: Sector, stage, strategy, objectives, and time horizon.

  • Financials: Historicals (if any), forecasts, unit economics assumptions.

  • Product & Market: Product descriptions, roadmap, customer research, traction metrics.

  • Team & Operations: Org structure, hiring plan, processes, key partnerships.

  • (Optional) Scoring Rubric: If not provided, the agent applies a default rubric aligned to best practices.

  • Brand & Template: Visual identity and preferred report template (if applicable).

What the AI Agent Does

  1. Intake and Parsing:

    • Reviews the business plan for clarity, coherence, and completeness; maps claims to evidence.

  2. Comparative Research:

    • Identifies comparable successful companies/case studies; benchmarks against strategies, growth trajectories, and capital efficiency.

  3. Structured Evaluation (Rubric‑Driven):

    • 30/60/90‑day plan with owners, deliverables, and success metrics.

  6. Financial Sanity Checks (as inputs allow):

    • Sensitivity analyses on key assumptions (pricing, conversion, churn, CAC/LTV).

  7. Branded HTML Output:

    • Applies specified template and branding; produces a clean, presentation‑ready report.

Expected Output

  • File Format: HTML document
