Purpose of the AI Agent

  • Produce a decision-ready Project Analysis Report for construction projects that synthesizes existing conditions, technical approach, sequencing, logistics, risks, and recommendations.

User Inputs

  • Project Package: Drawings, specifications, addenda, Geotech reports, existing conditions photos/as-builts.

  • Constraints: Budget target, schedule window, access restrictions, working hours, site logistics, and phasing.

  • Codes/Jurisdictions: Local code requirements, permitting pathways, and inspections.

  • Stakeholder Priorities: Owner goals, quality standards, sustainability requirements, special materials.

  • Historical/Context: Prior RFIs, known site issues, utility information.

What the AI Agent Does

  • Searches for prior reports or notes to avoid duplication and leverage lessons learned.

  • Scope and Constraints Synthesis\inclusions/exclusions, alternates, allowances, long-lead items, and critical approvals.

  • Existing Conditions Review

  • Summarizes site, structure, MEP infrastructure, utilities, and access/logistics constraints.

  • Technical Approach and Methodology

  • Recommends means/methods by trade; identifies staging, protection, and commissioning approach.

  • Sequencing and Logistics

    • Outlines critical path, phasing, site logistics plan, safety considerations, and material flow.

  • Risk Register and Mitigations

  • Identifies technical, schedule, cost, and compliance risks; proposes mitigations/contingencies.

  • Recommendations and Next Action

    • Provides prioritized actions, information requests, early procurement items, and stakeholder decisions.

Expected Output

  • File Format: HTML document

  • Contents: Executive summary; existing conditions; technical approach; sequencing/logistics; risk register; recommendations and action plan.
