Proactively search society disposals that match your clients criteria to curate a report to present back to your client

1. Proactively find properties that match your client's requirement

After you've published your acquisition you can click the 'Add properties to your report' button, or simply press 'Find Matches' in the sub navigation.


2. Searching & review properties

You'll be presented with a list of properties that the system thinks matches your clients search criteria.

Explore the properties

  • See a list of properties that match your clients criteria

  • These are based on size, location, type and tenure

  • Click the map pins or property photos to review the property details

Adjust your search criteria

  • Use advanced filters to refine or broaden the search criteria

  • The text search box allows you to search for a property by name

  • Expand the radius around the search location by various mile sets (+1 mile, +2 miles, +5 miles)


3. Add properties to your client's report

  • Use the checkbox on the property card or map view

  • Select multiple properties if you want to add in bulk

  • Decide if the properties should be added to your Longlist or Shortlist
