Why?

Send a password protected link to your client/applicant to see a live view of their matches. A great way to work through a shortlist of matches remotely or face-to-face.
  

How?

1. Create a requirement

Start by adding your requirement to the system, you can follow this guide.

The requirement can be:

  • An Acquisition - where you'd be looking to send a list of matching society disposals to your prospective or retained client

  • An Enquiry - where you'd be looking to send a list of your own matching disposals to an applicant

  • An Agent Led requirement - where you'd be looking to send a list of matching society disposals to a society disposal

Note: You don't have to publish enquiries to the society to create an acquisition list.

   

2. Match properties

Before you can send a list of properties to a client / applicant you first need to build a list of the matches. Follow these simple steps to do that.
    

3. Send to applicant > Client Login > Options

From here you can:

  • Select what properties to include in your login area

  • Add a welcome message for your client / applicant to see

  • Add a password protection

  • Include or Exclude the attachments

4. Publish

Once happy with your content you can publish your matches to your client login. Simply press "Generate Client Login" and then send the link to your clients!

   

Success - you just created your first client login!
