If you have your Radius Data Exchange feed set up, you will be able to easily share your deals to your Radius account.
Publish lettings to Radius Data Exchange
When on a letting transaction click the summary tab > integrations then follow the steps below:
Click 'Radius Data Exchange'
It will let you know if there is any required information for Radius missing and what page you need to fill that information out on
Confirm the address
Press continue
Set the configurables
Then publish
Then it will appear on Radius' website!
What information can feed through to Radius?
Transaction information that can feed through to Radius includes:
Lease Landlord company
Lease tenant company
Lease length
Lease start date
Lease end date
Lease rent
Lease net effective rent
Lease zone A rent
