Inbox Filter Presets allow you to save specific sets of filters for each connected social profile in your Agorapulse Inbox. These presets create customized Inbox views that help streamline message management, especially in high-volume environments, by making it easier to access priority items quickly. For example, you can create a preset to display only messages tagged with negative sentiment that have not yet been reviewed.
This functionality is designed to support teams handling a large volume of incoming messages and to improve focus on the most important conversations.
Please Note: Filter presets are only available to users on an Advanced or Custom subscription plan. Please feel free to reach out to our support team if you would like access to this feature.
How to create a filter preset in the Inbox
Each social profile includes a set of default presets that cannot be edited or deleted:

It is possible to create up to 10 custom filter presets per social profile. There are two ways to create filter presets in the Inbox. To create a new filter preset from the Inbox:
Hover over a social profile in the left-hand menu
Click the 3 dot menu (...) next to the social profile
Select + Create new filter preset
(Required) Enter a Preset name
Apply all relevant filters
Click Save new preset
or
Select a social profile from the left-hand menu
Click the Filter icon
Apply all relevant filters
Select Save new preset or choose to update or delete an existing one
Click the Save new preset icon
Enter a Preset name and confirm the applied filters
Click Save new preset
Note: Counters showing the number of items in a preset are only available when your preset includes the “To review” filter.

Filter presets can be rearranged, edited and deleted within the Inbox. Instructions for each process are listed below.
How to rearrange filter presets
You can choose what order filter presets appear in the left-hand menu underneath each social profile. To rearrange filter presents in the Inbox:
Hover over a social profile in the left-hand menu
Click the 3 dot menu (...) next to the social profile
Click Manage filter presets
Use the up and down arrows to reorder your presets
Presets higher in the list have greater priority in the left-hand menuClose the Customizing filter presets pop-up
How to edit filter presets
To edit a filter preset in the Inbox:
Hover over a social profile in the left-hand menu
Click the 3 dot menu (...) next to the social profile
Click Manage filter presets
Choose a filter preset from the Filter presets menu
Adjust the Preset name or any relevant filters
Click Save preset
How to delete filter presets
To delete a filter preset in the Inbox:
Hover over a social profile in the left-hand menu
Click the 3 dot menu (...) next to the social profile
Click Manage filter presets
Choose a filter preset from the Filter presets menu
Click Delete preset
Confirm deletion in the pop-up
Note: You cannot delete or edit default filter presets.
