Selecting Livestock for Sale
If you are selling multiple animals, you can add in more by hitting Select Animals and choosing an option for selecting the animals. 'Animals from a previous record' will allow you to select a list from a recent live session e.g if you have recently weighed them, ready for sale.
Transfer Records
You can choose to create a transfer record alongside this sale:
A basic transfer will just record the livestock leaving the farm
A transfer between farms will create a transfer record for another farm on your AgriWebb account OR allow you to transfer to another user's AgriWebb account.
To transfer to another user's account, both parties need to accept user invites for the respective accounts and grant the 'Transfer Only' user role. This will allow you to see the respective farm to transfer the animals to within the Transfer record.
Additional costs can be included for transport and other options in this section.

Upload Carcass Data
Carcass data can be uploaded to a Sale record. To upload a csv file of carcass data select the green button next to Add Carcass Data and the fields will expand.
A .csv
(comma-separated values) file is a simplified format of an Excel spreadsheet, widely used for importing or exporting data in bulk. In AgriWebb, .csv
files are employed to upload livestock data, including kill sheets and other bulk record updates.
Drag and drop your CSV file into the box available or choose a file from your computer directory.
Map the relevant fields from the file using the importer window and proceed through the steps hitting Next and then Save to upload. Alternatively, you can manually add data to animals by entering the details into the associated fields.
Common Errors
Issues Uploading Kill Sheets:
Sale records for the animals must be created in AgriWebb.
Ensure animals are selected within the Sale record using 'Select animals > Import Selection from CSV'.
Upload the kill sheet CSV containing the carcass data after verifying matches.
Problems with the Sale Date Field:
Avoid blank rows under column headings in the CSV file.
Confirm that all animals in the management group are selected; some interfaces may display limited data per page.
Best practices when uploading a CSV file
Review CSV files for errors like blank rows or improper formatting before uploading.
Ensure all related sale records are accurate and updated.
