Yes. LangShop allows Shopify merchants to change or downgrade plans in the app. By downgrading LangShop Basic, LangShop Standard, LangShop Advanced, or LangShop Enterprise plans, you will lose the ability to use all available translation features that are only included in paid plans.

If you would like to switch to a Free Plan, you need to contact 24/7 support at firstname.lastname@example.org with a request to downgrade your current subscription. It usually takes 24 business hours to review and accept your request.
All payment requests, including refunds, must be submitted through Shopify Support.
