Step 1: Access Your Dental Practice Software
Open your dental practice management software.
Locate and select the clinical note for which you need an insurance narrative.
Step 2: Open Scribe
Navigate to Scribe.
Step 3: Use the Exam Note Tool
Click on "Exam Note."
Click the microphone icon to pause (don’t worry—you won’t be recording).
Ensure that "Transcript" is turned off (this ensures you're in the correct input mode).
Step 4: Input and Generate the Narrative
Paste the clinical note into the input area on the upper right side.
Click "Generate Note."
